Containing the only surviving plantation house in Florida, the park’s antebellum mansion was home to Confederate Major Robert Gamble and the headquarters of an extensive sugar plantation. It is located just south of Mansion Memorial Park in Ellenton. The park provides guided tours of the mansion, which displays many period furnishings.
